What made you want to pursue a music career within the music industry?

I didn’t really choose to become a record producer – one day I just realized I was already doing it. I was on the other side of the glass, performing, but in many cases the results I was striving for sonically were not really being fulfilled, so that’s when I decided that I needed to be on the Producer side of the glass to get the results I wanted to hear. Other than that, the seeds were already planted with my first experiences with cassette tapes and vinyl records when growing up.

If you weren’t a part of the music industry, what would you be doing?

I have several other interests besides the Music Industry. Photography, Baking, Woodworking, and Writing are some of them.

As a matter of fact, I see no difference in all these different activities – they’re all creative and share a singular aspect, which is to put things together that were not together in the first place. I wouldn’t be able to do anything that is not related to creativity, that’s a given!

What’s on the horizon for you in the upcoming months?

There’s great stuff coming up this year! I am looking forward to the release of a song I’ve collaborated with singer/actress Emma Holzer and also new things coming from Triple Charm. I just saw that a recent collaboration of mine in J-Pop with the group 7ORDER, is peaking at number 2 on album sales in Japan.
