Backstage and Behind The Scenes of the 2023 Grammys
The 2023 Grammys are this weekend and backstage Crypto.com arena is preparing for Music’s Biggest Night.
Live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and hosted by Trevor Noah, the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS live and on-demand on Paramount+ streaming service. Prior to the Telecast, the GRAMMY Awards Premiere Ceremony will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater at 12:30 p.m. PT and will be streamed live on live.GRAMMY.com.
Grammy Awards Performances
Additionally, current nominees Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Kim Petras, and Sam Smith will take the stage.
In addition to the performers, The Recording Academy will honor the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop with an all-star performance. Artists performing include Big Boi, Busta Rhymes with Spliff Star, De La Soul, DJ Drama, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Missy Elliott, Future, GloRilla, Grandmaster Flash, Grandmaster Mele Mel & Scorpio/Ethiopian King, Ice-T, Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, The Lox, Method Man, Nelly, Public Enemy, Queen Latifah, Rahiem, Rakim, RUN-DMC, Salt-N-Pepa and Spinderella, Scarface, Swizz Beatz, and Too $hort. Meanwhile, LL Cool J will introduce the segment and Questlove will produce and act as musical director. Finally, The Roots will be performing with Black Thought narrating.
