In 2014, the country music world exploded with new artists to add to your playlists. As we begin 2015, those new artists are starting to do big things with their careers.

Here’s the top 5 country artists you should watch out for in 2015:

After being eliminated from ‘Team Blake’ on Season 2 of The Voice in 2012, RaeLynn signed contract with Big Machine Label Group, Republic Nashville, and Valory Music Company. Then in June of 2014, the 20 year old Texas native released her first single ‘God Made Girls’, which caused her popularity to explode. So how could she make 2015 even better? Well not only will she be hopping on tour with Justin Moore and Miranda Lambert on the ‘Certified Platinum’ tour, but she’ll be making countless appearances at festivals across the country!

Sam Hunt (Twitter: @SamHuntMusic)

Sam Hunt

This former college football player not only has the looks and the voice, but he can write too. Not only did Sam Hunt co-write Kenny Chesney’s 2012 single ‘Come Over’, and wrote Keith Urban’s ‘Cop Car’ and Billy Currington’s ‘We Are Tonight’ last year, but he also had time to sign with MCA Nashville AND release his own album, Montevallo in October 2014. Hunt’s first single ‘Leave the Night On’ released in June, and went certified platinum the day after his full length album came out. On November 14, Hunt announced he’d be headlining his own U.S. tour in 2015, and within minutes, some dates completely sold out. That tour begins January 29, at the Troubador in West Hollywood, California. You can see his tour dates at http://www.samhunt.com/p/tour

There is no denying what kind of year these two beauties had. Along with releasing their self titled EP, by the end of 2014 their hit single ‘Girl In A Country Song’ was named the first female duo since 2006 to debut their single at #1! Maddie and Tae have big things planned for 2015, including appearing at numerous country music festivals around the country!

Old Dominion

If you haven’t heard of the band Old Dominion yet, you’ll definitely know who they are by the middle of 2015. The band’s first single ‘Shut Me Up’ was released in the summer of 2014, and had a great buzz behind it on country radio stations. But, the biggest announcement in the bands career happened in the middle of December, when Kenny Chesney revealed he’s bringing OD on the road with him for his highly anticipated 2015 tour, ‘The Big Revival’, which already features Jake Owen, Cole Swindell, Chase Rice and will even have Eric Church join a few dates. The tour will also merge with Jason Aldean’s ‘Burn It Down’ tour for 10 dates. This is a huge opportunity for the guys, and we’re so excited for them!
