We’re thrilled to premiere Colorado -based DJ/Producer duo Dom Ford (originally known as Covina & Mateo) single, ‘Whatever I Want’ featuring Lexi Shanley. The single was written and produced by the duo and features the soft, yet sultry vocals of Lexi Shanley alongside the pop-infused elements that truly makes this song ready to get stuck in your head for days to come.
“Whatever I Want is about a girl we knew in high school who dated this older college guy and then they broke up the start of her senior year and she became empowered to go out and do whatever she wanted and explore her freedom. That was the basis for the song but then it really turned into this female empowerment theme song which seemed perfect and relevant to 2018” the duo tells us.
