Goodbye Pink Floyd

In a weeks time Pink Floyd’s The Endless River will be released and shall be Pink Floyd’s last album.  With only two remaining members David Gilmour says it’s time to finish Floyd with the album as a tribute to Rick Wright, who died of cancer in 2008.  Gilmour says that The Endless River will be the last album because trying to create any more Floyd music would be second-hand and not good enough by his records.  As for drummer Nick Mason, he hasn’t given up hope yet.  He jokes how he’ll play a show and perform Dark Side of the Moon in it’s entirety, but just the drum parts.  Sometimes you love the band you’re in and you’ll continue it for life!
