The Story Behind ‘The Alchemy’ By Taylor Swift

By  |

“The Alchemy” by Taylor Swift has already made headlines and it hasn’t even officially released!

The “Daylight” singer is set to release her eleventh studio album on Friday (April 19). Unfortunately, the album was allegedly leaked on Thursday, just hours prior. Luckily, Swifties flooded the comments and search queries to overtake the actual links to the supposed album leak. However, some pointed out that the lyrics to her fifteenth track were eye opening. The lines made them believe that she wrote the song about her current tight end boyfriend.

Who Wrote ‘The Alchemy’ By Taylor Swift?

Taylor Swift wrote “The Alchemy” and it was produced by Jack Antonoff.

Who is ‘The Alchemy’ About?

Swifties were convinced that they cracked the code. “The Alchemy” apparently includes lyrics that reference the game of football. This includes touchdowns, teams, warming benches, winning streaks, a trophy, and being “the greatest in the league.” Notably, Kelce helped the Kansas City Chiefs take home the 2024 Super Bowl earlier this year.

Although we won’t know until the album officially drops, Swifties have been putting clues together to uncover lyrics to her eleventh studio album. Furthermore, the 16-track album Swift told her concert crowds that she felt like that she “needed to make” and that it acted as a “lifeline.”
