Bryce Vine and Cheat Codes teamed up for their latest collaboration, “Stay.”

“Me and my friends wrote ‘Stay’ almost a year ago when the world was still normal,” Vine said. “It’s about all those good times you don’t want to say goodbye to, but you appreciate them when they’re gone. It’s about the hopefulness that those times will come back, which I think we can all relate to right now. I’ve known Cheat Codes since before they were even Cheat Codes, and they just have such great energy that I really wanted to bring them a song that matched that energy, so we could feel like we were all back in those good times. I think it turned into the perfect collaboration.”
“It’s crazy because we’ve known Bryce for almost 10 years and we always wanted to find the perfect song to collaborate on,” Cheat Codes added. “We finally got there with ‘Stay.’ Bryce and JP Clark wrote this idea in Miami, sent it to us and fast forward to today, we have an amazing record together. ‘Stay’ represents a feeling that we’ve all been in and reminds us it’s important to hold on to the memories and good times. Especially during a time like this we want to encourage positivity and good energy.”
