Sam Heughan and The Cast of ‘Outlander’ Attend Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Concert

The cast of Outlander are apparently Swifties, as they all sang along at the Taylor Swift concert.

The cast and crew attended the Saturday, June 8 concert, the second of three nights of The Eras Tour in Edinburgh, Scotland. The venue at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium is not far from where the television series typically films.

Prior to the show, the cast and crew of the Starz hit series took a group photo together and was posted to social media. Meanwhile, fans in attendance quickly spotted them in the audience. The cast was photographed near the main stage near the barricade. They even managed to trade friendship bracelets with fellow fans.

Outlander cast members in attendance at The Eras Tour included Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, Charles Vandervaart, John Bell, and Sophie Skelton. Skelton was previously seen donning a shirt that Swift wore in her “22” music video.

In a TikTok and Instagram posted on June 5, Sam Heughan posted a comedic video of him confirming that the cast managed to score tickets. While dressed in his character, James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser’s costume, he joked about Swift leaving her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, for his character in a ginger wig.

“We’re going to go see Taylor Swift play in Scotland,” he told his followers. “I think most of the cast is going. She obviously doesn’t know this, but when she comes to Scotland and she sees me in the audience, she’s going to forget all about him [Kelce] and fall for a man in a ginger wig.”

 “She’s going to shake him off and take me out instead. I’m really excited,” he added. In the comments section he confirmed that JAMMF is, in fact, a Swiftie.
