New Mockingjay Part 2 Still Released (Spoiler Alert)

I’m writing this article and crying but more so crying because KATNISS AND FIRE AND OMG! A brand spanking new still from the final Hunger Games film, Mockingjay Part 2, was JUST released and is quickly heating up the internet machine. We get a sneak peak into what this film will be like, and so far it looks like our girl Katniss is sticking to her roots; standing in front of a backdrop of flames. That’s right, our favorite Girl On Fire is back and looks fiercer than ever! The bittersweet finale hits theaters in late November of this year, so until then these stills will have to tide us over.

Okay, so for fellow Tributes who had to wait agonizing months for the final book to come out, trying to guess which passage each still derives from is super fun. Taking the backdrop of what looks like a sewer in account, combined with flames and a very serious looking Katniss, I feel it’s safe to assume this is the sewer battle with the Lizard mutations. So if the battle is happening here than we all know what is coming… get your tissues ready!
