Stage Right Secrets has the exclusive premiere of Kasey Lansdale’s new single, “Good Girl.” Listen below!

The new track is produced by Grammy award-winner John Carter Cash and is just the beginning of what’s to come for Kasey. Aside from music, she’s truly a jack of all trades, from a country blues singer and songwriter to actress and author.

Now a Hollywood, California resident, Kasey is a regular performer at the famed Hotel Café. Her music has been featured in films such as Cold in July, starring award-winning actor, Michael C. Hall of Showtimes’ hit series Dexter; and in Christmas with the Dead, where she made her first big-screen debut.

As an author, Kasey was first published at the tender age of eight by Random House, and is the author of several short stories and novellas, along with publications from Harper Collins, Titan Books, & others. Kasey is the editor of assorted anthology collections, including Subterranean Press’ Impossible Monsters. Her new collection, Terror Is Our Business, was lauded by Publisher’s Weekly as “storytelling that delightfully takes on a lighter and sharper edge.”

Most recently, her collaboration with her father and brother, The Companion, was adapted to episode 4 of the television remake of Shudder’s Creepshow, produced by Walking Dead producer, Greg Nicotero. Fans will also have the chance to watch Kasey on a new reality television show on the USA Network in early 2020.
