Halfnoise and Hayley Williams Put On Surprise Performance at Bonnaroo

Halfnoise put on a one of a kind performance at Bonnaroo in Hayley Williams’ curated campgrounds ‘The Sanctuary of Self-Love’ during Bonnaroo 2019 on Friday, June 13.  The performance was announced on social media with little notice, but fans were sure to show up.

Williams curated an entire experience for fans from her GOOD DYE YOUNG hair dye brand to panels on mental health to mini makeovers, spa treatments, performances, and much more. Her entire area was dedicated to self-love and appreciation.

While Zac Farro isn’t playing in Paramore, he’s performing with his side project Halfnoise. The band was putting on a performance on Williams’ stage with Williams herself jamming out to the tunes side stage, which fans caught on cell phone video. Williams made an impromptu performance, she got up with tambourine in hand with dance moves aplenty.

Previously Paramore headlined the festival (as native Tennesseeans) in 2018 where Williams gave a heartfelt and iconic speech about the state of the world. Her words clearly translated to create a safe space for festival-goers to unwind and check on themselves.

Halfnoise previously collaborated with Williams’ on their 2017 release “As U Wave.”  Take a look below at the photo gallery to see all of the festivities and video of their performances below.
