‘FYN’ Lyrics By Loren

LØREN has returned with his latest single, “FYN.”

On Friday, April 4, the alt-rock artist debuted his latest track along with an accompanying music video. Brian Lee produced the new high-energy punk song. The music video tells the story of Loren’s complicated hookup with a new neighbor.

“For me, the song’s message talks about the will to refuse what self-righteous people ask of you – whether it be change, to behave or simply turn your music down,” Loren shared.

Loren recently spoke out about his partnership with a new indie record label. AYLA is a Los Angeles-based label created by Darahgianna Park. In an interview with Forbes, he shared that it was not an easy decision to make.

“I don’t think I had one specific reason,” he admitted of signing with an independent label. “There was a lot going on at the time. It was a pretty huge change for me, and I felt like I was moving out for the first time. The bottom line, though, was the thirst for independence and, consequently, more control over my life. Though I wasn’t signed anywhere in my teens, THEBLACKLABEL was a strong boundary that I could take comfort in, but I guess I realized comfort won’t teach me to stand on my own two feet. With that, I thought if I was going to learn, it may as well start right now.”

‘FYN’ Lyrics By Loren

[VERSE]

Dont say my name in vain

When you’re the one to blame

Stop throwing yours at me

I got too much on my plate

[PRE-CHORUS]

You disassociate

Try to communicate

You see through

Tinted Frames

You can’t get past this stage

But you don’t want to now

Do YOU?

[CHORUS]

I can’t hear the same things that you feel

I’m never turning down tonight

GO inside and feed your love a pill

Anxiety is Suicide

You won’t stay

But I’ll let you take

Everything to your goddamn Grave

Better you than me

Who’s gotta leave?

I’m never turning down tonight

[VERSE]

I left a suicide note

With a loaded black rose

And I didn’t even overdose

You left my message on read

Like you did in our bed

Couldn’t finish me off again
