FLETCHER Announces 2nd FLETCHER & FRIENDS with GFlip, Ari Abdul and More!

By  |

What’s a better way to kick off Pride month than to attend queer icon Cari Fletcher’s FLETCHER & FRIENDS in Asbury Park, NJ? The answer is none.

Following the massive success of her first all-ages Pride event last year, for which tickets sold out in minutes, FLETCHER has decided to do it all over again this year.

The soon-to-be 30-year-old will once again take over her hometown’s iconic bar, The Stone Pony, for not only one but two nights of celebration.

While last year’s lineup included fellow American pop artists UPSAHL and Olivia O’Brien, this year’s involves Australian singer and drummer GFlip as well as dark-pop sensation Ari Abdul on June 1st, and singer-songwriter Maude Latour and even more friends on June 2nd.

Last year’s FLETCHER & FRIENDS event kicked off the singer’s second “Meet Her At The Bar: The Pride Month Experience”, a program she launched in 2022 to support non-profit LGBTQ advocacy organization GLAAD and women-owned queer bars across the United States. Throughout a series of pop-up shows, FLETCHER helped out the participating bars with proceeds from merch. Each bar indeed had its own t-shirt available for purchase on the singer’s website with 100% net proceeds going to its respective establishment.

With an army of fans, affectionately called Fletchfam, and strong sponsors and brands backing her up, FLETCHER managed to raise over $50,000 in 2022 and over $90,000 in 2023.

In the meantime, FLETCHER has a busy spring ahead of her. The singer-songwriter is indeed heading to South America this week to perform at the Lollapalooza festival in Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Following that, the singer will head across the pond to kick off the European leg of her tour, in support of her newest album, In Search Of The Antidote, due March 22.

All tickets for FLETCHER AND FRIENDS, set for June 1 and June 2, are on sale now
