Are you ready to learn the lyrics to “Don’t Forget You Love Me” by Calum Hood?

On Thursday, April 10, the 5 Seconds of Summer member released his debut solo single. He also released a music video to accompany the track. Hood also announced that his debut solo album will be released on June 13 via Capitol Records. “Don’t Forget You Love Me” is just one of the ten tracks off of ORDER chaos ORDER. Fans can now pre-order the album HERE.

“This album was made in a tumble dryer of knowing and not knowing. I started out with a vision—order,” Calum Hood revealed. “But quickly became overwhelmed by the process—chaos.  Eventually, I learned to embrace both, and that balance became the heart of the record.  There are things I’ve never been able to sing about in the band—my upbringing, my family, the places life has taken me. This album is about laying those things to rest and allowing listeners to connect in their own way.”

The single was co-written and produced by TMS and Jack Frantz. Meanwhile, the music video was directed by Andy DeLuca, and produced by Sarah Eiseman.

‘Don’t Forget You Love Me’ Lyrics By Calum Hood

[Verse 1]

12 AM on Taco Tuesday

I’m crying out my eyes

And I’m sitting there wondering

If I want to be alive

And I’m staring out the window

I’m looking through the rain

And I swear to God I see you standing there, everything, everywhere

And I know that it’s hard to see

Every version of me

But it’s not the same as everything you ever thought I could but never would believe

But I tried enough to call you

And I’m scared that you’d pick up

Cause I don’t know that I don’t want you to

Cause baby I’d have to own up

To everything oh everything I’ve ever done to you

And that I did to us

[Chorus]

Cause on that last night instead of looking for a fight I should have looked you in the eyes

Cause what it really was, was me begging

Don’t forget you love me, love me, love me, love me

No don’t forget you love me, love me, love me, love me

No

Don’t you forget

[Verse 2]

What if it was? What if it wasn’t?

Cause I’ve been dreaming of life

I was running down the wrong street, wrong time, couldn’t make a wrong right

I was never wasting my, wasting my, wasting my time with you / I wasn’t in the right mind with you

[Repeat Chorus]
