The live rendition took on an even more intense, almost theatrical energy, setting the tone for the rest of her set.
She also surprised fans with a rock-infused version of “Closer”, completely transforming the Chainsmokers collab into a gritty, guitar-heavy anthem. Austin’s Local Talent Brings the Heat
Beyond the big names, Austin’s own homegrown talent played an essential role in shaping the festival’s dynamic atmosphere. DJ Cassandra, who recently made history as the first female recipient of the Best DJ award at the Austin Music Awards, kept the energy high with her genre-blending and crowd-hyping skills. Meanwhile, Disko Cowboy and Austin Ashtin brought their signature electrifying beats and local flavor, further proving that Austin’s music scene is as strong as ever.

Immersive Experiences from Festival Sponsors
Beyond the music, Sips & Sounds 2025 offered attendees unique and engaging activities thanks to its festival sponsors, Coca-Cola, Cinemark, and Minute Maid.
One of the most talked-about activations was the silent disco, an interactive dance experience where festivalgoers could slip on wireless headphones and groove to specially curated playlists. With multiple channels to choose from, attendees could customize their experience, creating a dance party like no other.
For those looking to indulge their taste buds, Coca-Cola introduced a highly anticipated new flavor—Orange Cream Coke—offering attendees exclusive first tastes of the refreshing beverage. Meanwhile, Cinemark transformed part of the festival grounds into a mini movie theater experience, where guests could take a break from the action and enjoy free popcorn and a drink while watching select films.
These immersive activations added an extra layer of fun and engagement, allowing attendees to experience more than just music—they were able to enjoy an interactive, multi-sensory event that blended entertainment, flavor, and creativity.
A Commitment to Sustainability
This year, Sips & Sounds 2025 also made a bold statement in support of sustainability and environmental responsibility. With a strong commitment to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices, the festival introduced its “Recycle & Refresh” stations, making it easy for attendees to make a positive impact.
Strategically placed throughout the festival grounds, these stations encouraged guests to recycle Coca-Cola beverage bottles and cans in exchange for credits that could be redeemed for exclusive festival swag. Supported by volunteers from Keep Austin Beautiful, the initiative made recycling both accessible and rewarding, allowing festivalgoers to contribute to a cleaner environment while still enjoying the excitement of the event.
With its incredible performances, immersive brand experiences, and commitment to sustainability, the Coca-Cola Sips & Sounds Music Festival 2025 was a massive success. The festival blended chart-topping music, engaging sponsor activations, and meaningful environmental efforts to create an unforgettable summer experience.
As the final notes faded, fans left with memories of electric performances, thrilling experiences, and the excitement of what’s to come next year. With each edition getting bigger and better, Sips & Sounds continues to cement itself as a premier festival destination in the heart of Texas.
