By  |

That’s right, 3 Days of Lollapalooza is crazy enough as is. But it looks like Lolla is going all out for it’s 25th Birthday by adding another full day of food, fun and of course AMAZING music.

This will be the first time ever that the music festival has done something of this magnitude.

Perry Farrell said “It’s our 25th Anniversary and we wanted to do something really special and different for our fans. There’s a lot of really great music coming out in 2016; with the abundance of talent that wanted to help us celebrate 25 years we got to thinking… ‘How are we going to fit all those great artist in one weekend?’ Then we thought about what a special day Thursday has become. When the party can’t wait for the weekend, the movers and shakers make it happen on Thursday! So we’ve put together an entire additional day of music to celebrate our milestone year. It’s going to be a fantastic party!”

We are now promised over 170 bands over a span of four days in Grant Park. (HYDRATE PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A DRILL) The dates are Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 31st.

I know most of you are dying to see who’s coming to rock our faces off with the power of music. Well obviously, so are we, but we have to wait until Spring 2016 to get more info. However you might want to start saving up Four-day general admission tickets will be $335 (including fees) while single day general admission tickets will be $120 (including fees).
