Director Matthew Heineman and producers Lauren Domino, Matthew Heineman, and Joedan Okun took home the honor. They accepted the award during the Premiere Ceremony. They described this as a “full circle moment.” The team shared that this movie is about resilience. Last year, David Bowie’s Moonage Daydream took home this award, with its director/producer Brett Morgen.
