By  |

Today’s CMA Nominee Of The Day goes to country superstar, Jason Aldean! The singer is up for Album Of The Year at the 2015 CMAs for his most recent release, Old Boots, New Dirt. This was Aldean’s sixth studio album. The first single off the record, “Burnin’ It Down,” reached the top of the US Hot Country Chart during its second week.

Aldean went on a headlining tour to support the album from May 2014 to August 2015. This past summer, Aldean merged with Kenny Chesney’s “The Big Revival Tour” for 10 select stadium shows.

If you missed Aldean on his last tour, no worries because he will be headlining another tour in 2016! The “We Were Here Tour” will begin in January 2016. Supporting acts for the tour will be Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses.

Make sure to tune into the 49th Annual Country Music Awards November 4th to see if Jason Aldean wins Album Of The Year!
