The 66th Annual Grammy Awards unfolded in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 4. The main CBS telecast occurred at the Crypto.com Arena, while the preliminary premiere ceremony unfolded at the Peacock Theater. Isbell was on site to accept the award and joked that his collaborators had to run from the back of the theater to the front. Isbell won Best Americana Performance just moments prior. He gave the 40 second acceptance speech time limit to his collaborators.
