Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter Win Best Collaboration For ‘Bring Your Love’ at 2026 VMAs

The winners for the 2026 VMA for Best Collaboration are Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna for “Bring Your Love.”

The 2026 MTV Video Music Awards brought together an eclectic group of artists for the Best Collaboration category. This included six nominated collaborations spanning hip-hop, pop, R&B and global music. The two women walked out to the stage hand in hand to accept their award. Madonna shared that it has “been a while” since she attended an awards show. After waiting five days after her team asked Carpenter’s team to see if she would be interested in a collaboration, Madonna took things into her own hands. She direct messaged Sabrina herself. Weeks later, the two were in the studio together recording the single.

The nominees included Clipse, Kendrick Lamar, Pusha T and Malice, French Montana and Max B, Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter, PinkPantheress and Zara Larsson, Shakira and Burna Boy, and Teyana Taylor and Lucky Daye. The category was one of several competitive awards presented during the 2026 VMAs, held Sunday, Sept. 27, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremony was hosted by Snoop Dogg and aired live on CBS, with MTV and Paramount+ also carrying the event.

2026 MTV VMAs Best Collaboration Nominees

Clipse, Kendrick Lamar, Pusha T & Malice — “Chains & Whips”
Clipse reunited with Kendrick Lamar for “Chains & Whips,” bringing Pusha T and Malice together with Lamar for one of the year’s nominated collaborations. The track earned recognition in a category featuring several major artist pairings.

French Montana and Max B earned a Best Collaboration nomination for “Ever Since U Left Me,” putting the longtime hip-hop collaborators in contention at this year’s ceremony.

Madonna & Sabrina Carpenter — “Bring Your Love”
Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter joined forces on “Bring Your Love,” earning a Best Collaboration nomination. The song also received a Song of the Year nomination, adding to Madonna’s already historic 2026 VMA campaign. Madonna led all artists with 11 nominations this year, while Carpenter earned seven.

PinkPantheress — “Stateside + Zara Larsson”
PinkPantheress earned a Best Collaboration nomination for “Stateside + Zara Larsson.” The track also appeared in the Song of the Year, Best Dance and Best Visual Effects categories, giving the collaboration multiple opportunities for recognition throughout the ceremony.
