Sienna Spiro Performs at 2026 VMAs: Watch

First-time nominee Sienna Spiro left fans wanting more after her performance at the 2026 VMAs.

The annual awards show took place on Sunday, Sept. 27 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Snoop Dogg hosted the evening which included standout performances from the best and brightest. Additionally, the British singer-songwriter was nominated for Best New Artist. Off Campus stars Belmont Cameli and Ella Bright introduced her performance.

Sienna Spiro performed “Great Expectation” in a metallic short dress. The performance included a full orchestra of string instruments to accompany her. Spiro sang on a massive moving record with a larger than life record player. Later in the evening, Spiro took home the coveted Best New Artist award.

Sienna Spiro’s Whirlwind Career So Far

At just twenty years old, Spiro has already seen a meteoric rise in popularity. “This is in-credible, what’s happening in my life and in my career,” told Music Week. “I’m 20. This is not normal for a 20-year-old.” Spiro has gained quite the following on social media. She has been quite open regarding her thoughts concerning the platforms.

“It’s just this generation, to be honest – my generation,” she shared. “Everything’s so quick. But I don’t think that way; if you do, then you are fuelling the fire. It’s unhealthy for any musician to think that way.”
