Alfa’s bringing his summer tour across Southern Italy, lighting up the season with his joyful music and poetic charm. Following the success of his latest album “Non so chi ha creato il mondo, ma so che era innamorato” – I don’t know who created the world, but I know he was in love – his concert in San Giorgio Jonico felt like being invited into someone’s personal scrapbook. From the moment the first notes hit, the energy in the air was warm and buzzing with colors.

The show kicked off with a fun and unexpected mashup from Alfa’s band, blending Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” with his own track, “Come il sole.” It was the perfect opening – familiar, groovy, and full of life.

Surrounded by wide green field of flowers, with a huge sun on one side and a crescent moon on the other, the 25-year-old italian singer brought the contrast between light and shade of his music to life.

The setlist was a perfect balance of big crowd favorites and quieter, heartfelt songs. Fans sang their lungs out to “Il filo rosso,” “Bellissimissima,” and “Cin Cin” – the hit that first made Alfa known to the public – and emotional tracks like “Anna,” “Nei tuoi occhi cosa c’è,” and “Wanderlust!”. You could tell people weren’t just watching, they were feeling every second.

One of the best things about Alfa’s live is how much he connects with his audience. Joking, telling stories, listening. There’s a real back-and-forth. He invited the “M. Lufrano” local band on stage to perform “A me mi piace” with him. It was a genuine way to include the community and give something back.

The singer brought his piano, the same one he’s played since he was little, on stage where he writes the name of every city hitting this tour. A quiet reminder that no matter how far he’s come, he knows exactly where he started.
