What is the story behind your latest single?
This is a song about being fed up, unfulfilled, and bored. You know the feeling when you are stuck in traffic after a long day of work, and all you want to do is be anywhere but there, but you can’t because you’re stuck in traffic, so you start daydreaming of plowing through all the cars? Or when you get fed up with work, or school, and you hit the “F**k it button” and just don’t care anymore? You think about telling off your boss and quitting in some amazing fashion, or telling off a professor, the law, whatever it is… This is a song about finally snapping. When the boring, insane pressures of modern life finally catch up to you, you hit your breaking point, and finally let it all out.

When did you realize music was your calling?
I think it has always been something we have wanted to do. Mainly it took growing up and realizing we needed to act, or move on. When I was younger I would dream of playing shows at my school, having it packed and playing amazing. When I got older and was no longer in school I couldn’t dream about that, it had passed me by. So I had to make my dream bigger, or move on. I realized I needed to act or move on. We chose to act.

How would you best describe your sound?
Punk infused rock. We love the classic rock sound with good melodies. While that is what we love, we are always trying to write better songs however we can.

What do you hope listeners take away from your music?
If anything the message. The punk attitude from bands like Green Day, Blink-182 and Social Distortion is something that has become part of who we are as people. Our songs are meant to inspire, uplift and motivate. We believe everyone has the capability to be great at something. To us the punk vibe means being your best self, not conforming into the mundane normal life and expectations of other people. If that’s what you want, go for it. If it’s not you, F**k that, do what you want. Whatever it is, start your own business, go somewhere, do something, be somebody. Just live your life..

Who are your dream collaborators?
Green Day, Brad Paisley

Is there a possibility to perform your new music live?
Absolutely, always. Our music is meant to be played live.

What are some albums that really shaped you as an artist?
The first album I remember that really took us was American Idiot in 2004. I was 10 years old in 5th grade when it came out, and it was the first album we needed to buy. Each song on that album was more than music to us. For me it was music that I felt, it shaped me. I don’t know how else to say it other than I felt what the music was saying to me, and I was 10. It was like it reached a part of me I didn’t know existed and brought it out of me.

What are some of your contenders for best song of 2019?
For us? Who knows! Each song to us is unique and means something different. A few of my personal favorites are, Rebel Inside, love yourself, and Toxic.
