This week’s New Music Friday includes star studded releases from country king, Cole Swindell, and the queen of pop Taylor Swift, to rising pop singer, Caroline Romano and a vulnerable indie pop banger by Carlos Vara. Jenna Paulette- “Wild Like the West”

Country starlet, Jenna Paulette released her new single, “Wild Like The West” today, and it perfectly captures her New West style, which mixes traditional country with synth pop vibes. “Wild Like The West” is chocked full of independent, feel-good lyrics that encourages women and men alike to live candidly and without regret.

Cole Swindell- “Dad’s Old Number Live”

Country chart-topper Cole Swindell released a live version of “Dad’s Old Number” today, and all of the nostalgia is rushing back to us. The live version of the song portrays even more raw emotions from Swindell, as we hear him going through the motions live. The love and compassion spills out from the star, as he pours his heart out to the audience for this Father’s Day special. This track is a must listen!

Carlos Vara- “Impossible”

Vara is back to take the indie pop realm by storm with his highly anticipated release of “Impossible,” featuring his iconic vulnerable lyrics and unique voice create a beautiful love ballad addressed to someone who is incapable of loving him back. Rising country star, Liddy Clark has just dropped her newest EP entitled Testing the Waters. Caroline Romano- “Games”

The rising pop artist, Caroline Romano, just dropped a surprise single today, entitled “Games.” The poppy song hones in on the frustrations of modern dating culture, reminding everyone that they shouldn’t have to play games to win over someone’s heart. With meaningful lyrics like, “Does anybody have to lose, does anybody need to win, I don’t care as long as I get you in the end,” Romano portrays the emotional frustration often felt when playing games with someone that you care about.

Taylor Swift – “You Need To Calm Down”
