By  |

While fans are most excited for artists like Billie Eilish, Megan Thee Stallion, Machine Gun Kelly, and Doja Cat to perform at this year’s Austin City Limits Festival, we highly recommend getting to the festival early to listen to some of the earlier acts.

Who knows you may discover your new favorite artist. There are some incredible artists as your eyes lower towards the bottom of the lineup and Austin-based bands and artists are well-represented in this year’s lineup.

Here is a look at some Austin-based bands and artists that you do not want to miss.

Aaron Stephens ⎮ Saturday Weekend 1 Oct 2nd ⎮VRBO stage⎮ 12:05-12:50

Zach Person ⎮ Sunday Weekend 2 Oct 10th ⎮BMI STAGE⎮ 12:00-12:45

Zach Person is the new face of indie rock. Person plays loud, raw, and connects with his music fans on a primal sonic level. Person’s self-titled, debut LP dropped on April 2, 2021
