Congrats to the happy couple! Ella Mae Bowen is a Singer/Songwriter who was once part of the Big Machine Label Group family. Although Bowen isn’t one for labels, she tells ‘Taste of Country‘ she simply likes to create!

Bowen has a cut on the latest Reba McEntire album ‘Love Somebody’ with a song she wrote at 16. ‘I’ll Go On’ is a song Bowen describes about having to go on after a relationship, not necessarily romantic. She states: “I’ve loved people who didn’t love me back and I had to find a way to say ‘You go this way, and I’ll go this way, and we’ll both go on. That was kind of a theme in my teens, not just with boys and relationships, but with rejection in the industry. For me it wasn’t about one breakup, it was about having to go on.”

It looks like Bowen has found her happy ending after all. She took to Instagram to share the happy news about her upcoming marriage to Bass Player Zach Morse (formerly of Natalie Stovall and The Drive). Congrats to the happy couple!
