Avery Anna Opens Her Heart and Her Inbox With Emotional New Album Let Go Letters
Rising country star Avery Anna is doing something truly special with her sophomore album Let Go Letters, out via Warner Music Nashville. Known for her honest songwriting and raw emotion, Avery is taking things a step further by turning her fans’ real-life stories into heartfelt songs—and the result is an album that’s as intimate as it is inspiring.
The entire album was inspired by a unique project Avery began with her community—something she calls “Let Go Letters.” At shows and online, Avery encouraged fans to write letters about things they were struggling with. The idea was simple but powerful: putting pain into words can be a way to release it. And fans responded in droves, writing about everything from body image issues and depression to family struggles and low self-worth.
Reading the letters changed Avery’s life—and the letters became songs.
“It was really hard for me to know that the people at my shows are going through similar things that I’m going through,” Avery shares. “But I have a way to deal with it by singing. They may not. So I encouraged them to write these Let Go Letters… and they trusted me.”
Those letters—and the courage behind them—sparked the songs that now make up Let Go Letters. Every track is rooted in someone’s truth. The album is more than just music—it’s a mirror for anyone who’s ever felt alone, unheard, or misunderstood.
“My biggest hope is that people will hear it and they’ll feel understood,” Avery says. “I think the highest form of love is to be understood.”
The 14-track project includes previously released songs like the tender “Wish You Well” and fan-favorite “Mr. Predictable.” It also includes “Indigo,” her viral duet with Sam Barber that’s currently lighting up the charts. With over 530 million global streams and counting, Avery’s star is rising fast—and she’s proving she’s just as much a storyteller as she is a singer.
With Let Go Letters, Avery Anna isn’t just releasing an album—she’s creating a safe space through music. It’s a brave, beautiful act of connection, and a reminder that while we all carry heavy things, we don’t have to carry them alone.
