William Beckmann Drops Sultry New Single “You Only Love To Break My Heart”

William Beckmann is turning up the heat with his latest release. The Texas country singer-songwriter is back with his sultry new single, “You Only Love To Break My Heart,” and fans are going to want this one on repeat.

The Texas-born singer has released “You Only Love To Break My Heart,” his latest single via Gatsby Records/MCA. Co-written with Jessie Jo Dillon and producer Konrad Snyder, the track mixes Beckmann’s country and Americana sound with a Latin-inspired groove, giving it a smooth, romantic feel.

Beckmann describes the song as being about a guy who knows a woman is playing games with his heart but keeps coming back for more. “It’s sexy, cool, and vulnerable,” Beckmann says.

The new music video takes the song’s romantic and dramatic vibe even further with vintage visuals, deep red lighting, and a dreamy cinematic feel.

The single follows Beckmann’s 2025 album Whiskey Lies & Alibis, which gave fans songs like “Neon Sounds,” “Be Your Man,” and his Spanish-language cover of Pepe Aguilar’s “Por Mujeres Como Tú.”

Beckmann isn’t slowing down anytime soon. He’s currently on the road bringing his live show to fans across the country and will join Kacey Musgraves for multiple dates on her Middle of Nowhere Tour next month.
