Bay Area pop-punk band The Story So Farhas announced today they will be releasing a self-titled album on May 19th via Pure Noise Records. In anticipation, the band is streaming the record’s first new track, “Nerve,” today and has launched a pre-order for the album at thestorysofar.merchnow.com.
Perhaps one of year’s most anticipated pop-punk records, The Story So Far’s third studio album was produced by Sam Pura at the Panda Studios in Fremont, CA. The record follows the band’s critically acclaimed, breakthrough full-lengths Under Soil and Dirt (2011) and What You Don’t See (2013), which debuted at number 46 on the Billboard 200 chart. These two records have combined sales of over 100,000.
The Story So Far will be kicking off a headlining tour in May with support from Four Year Strong, Terror and Souvenirs. VIP Tickets/Packages and general tickets can be purchased now at http://thestorysofarca.com/tour/. VIP packages will include a general admission ticket, an exclusive shirt, a download of forthcoming album and a poster.
