SOUNDS FROM SXSW – Battle Lines

This next band you can catch at SXSW on Mar 13 – Austin, TX -(British Music Embassy @ Latitude 30 – 3:00PM) or Mar 15 – Austin, TX -(Esther’s Follies – 9:00PM).  Hailing from Leeds (UK) Battle Lines formed in 2012.  They have more of a haunting alternative pop sound, and I can honestly say I haven’t heard any music quite like theirs.

They just released their latest single “Colonies” (Stream below!) via No Sleep Records. I will definitely be on the lookout for this band in the future and can not wait to hear their next album!
