By  |

Sunday night, November 19 is a big night for American music. Each genre from country to pop to hip-hop are represented during the ceremony. It’s a big night for several artists, including country legend, and icon Keith Urban. The country singer was nominated for three awards in the country category including, “Favorite Song,” “Favorite Country Album” for Ripcord and “Favorite Male Country Artist” and took home all three.

As soon as Urban was about to give his thank you speech after winning “Favorite Male Country Artist,” presenter Kathryn Hahn surprised him with the news that he won in the other categories in which he was nominated.

Urban went on to thank his wife Nicole Kidman and his two daughters Sunday and Faith, along with the fans, and country radio. He was well represented during the ceremony and it is a much-deserved honor. In fact, no one in the category deserves it more. Congrats Keith on your clean sweep!
