CMA Nominee Of The Day: Lady Antebellum

Our CMA Nominee Of The Day goes to the country music group, Lady Antebellum! The trio, made up of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley, and Dave Haywood, formed in Nashville in 2006. They are signed to Capital Nashville and have sold well over 10 million albums worldwide.

Lady Antebellum is up for Vocal Group Of The Year at the 2015 Country Music Awards. This will be the band’s seventh time up for Vocal Group Of The Year at the CMAs.

Their most recent album, 747, debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 on the Billboard Top Country Albums. Their first single off the album, “Bartender,” reached number 1 on the US Country Airplay chart.

Lady A just finished their latest tour, Wheels Up, with special guests Hunter Hayes and Sam Hunt.
