Annalisa Announces New Album, Ma Io Sono Fuoco

Italian pop star Annalisa has finally announced her highly-anticipated new album, Ma io sono fuoco (But I Am Fire), set to be released this fall.

The album follows her triple-platinum certified record E poi siamo finiti nel vortice (over 150.000 sales – FIMI), and many fans see it as a second chapter in her journey.

While the last album explored chaos, emotions, and revenge – often linked to the element of air – this new project is about fire – passion, power, and transformation. It’s a newer and stronger version of Annalisa.

The new era began last December with a special moment she called “Capitolo 1” – the announcement of her upcoming fall tour. Shortly after, she released the first and only single so far, “Maschio”: a strong and provocative song about gender roles, desire, and control. With its dark sound and sharp lyrics, it gave fans a little taste of what’s to come.

“Maschio” has already surpassed 13 million streams on Spotify, hit the top 10 on the Italian charts, and was one of the most-played songs on Italian radio throughout June and July. It also earned “Song of the Week” on EarOne and continues to hold high positions in both streaming and airplay rankings.

Annalisa will hit the road this autumn with a brand-new tour in Italy’s biggest arenas, bringing this new chapter to life on stage.
