Culture Wars Turn Up the Volume on Debut Album Don’t Speak

Texas alt-rock band Culture Wars have officially dropped their debut album, Don’t Speak and it is exactly what fans have been waiting for.

Don’t Speak: big guitars, huge choruses, and personal lyrics as Alex Dugan opens up about growing up and figuring himself out.

While “It Hurts” remains a standout, the rest of the album proves the band has plenty of depth. Tracks like “Typical Ways” and “Lies” turn personal turmoil and heartbreak into powerful, sing-along anthems, while the hazy, emotional feel of “In the Morning” shows a softer side of their sound.
