WATCH: Jake Owen Releases Music Video For “American Country Love Song”

Country singer, Jake Owen, released the official music video for his new single, “American Country Love Song,” today! The song is a fun jam about falling in love, going on road trips, and feeling carefree.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Owen said, “The song is about feeling young and free. I’ve done videos before where there’s a bunch of people standing around putting make-up on me and I don’t think of that as being free. I wanted the all-American road trip.”

Owen took a road trip from Nashville to Key West in a 1966 seafoam green Volkswagon Microbus and stopped to perform for fans along the way.
