Taylor Swift: Best Selling Artist?

It’s only been 5 days since the release of 1989 and Taylor’s fans are LOVING IT! Industry insiders are predicting that if sales of Ms. Swifts new album continue she could push 1.2 million sales in it’s first week.

From Billboard:

“If 1989 sells as forecasted, it will become the biggest-selling album released in 2014 after only one week on sale, have the largest sales week by any album since Red, and make Swift the only act to earn three million-selling weeks.”

Looks like Taylor’s switch to  “Pop” was the right choice after all…
