Take Action Tour Review 2013

Stage Right Secrets headed to the ‘Take Action Tour’ in Milwaukee, WI at The Rave Eagle’s Club on Saturday. Mindflow hit the stage first and we were seriously impressed. They had us at their accents but also how they sounded just as good as their album. One band you need to check out hailing all the way from Brazil. We had the pleasure to interview the guys and they were such gentlemen and sweethearts. It was refreshing to see a band so talented, be so humble.

Our photographer Alaina would always tell us how much she adored the guys of Crown The Empire, and we shortly could see why. They have this crazy stage presence where you can’t take your eyes off them. For being such young musicians, they sure aren’t lacking in the talent department and have quite a fan base. Really refreshing to see how they made sure every fan got a little quality time with them.

We Came As Romans killed it like always! They had great guitar solos and their smoke machines made the set look even cooler! Their guitarist even broke a string and they kept playing and it sounded great! Drinks were flying, everyone was screaming, crowd surfers being flown, it really set the scene for a great rest of the show.

Even though we worked Warped Tour, I never saw The Used live.  The crowd was seriously so into them and pushing each other just to try and get closer to them. No surprised we were getting tackled by crowd surfers. The USED ended up stopping their set at one point and told everyone about how much they appreciated the support with the tour. If you didn’t know, part of the proceeds went to the foundation, It Gets Better. Fans really seemed to respond to Lead Singer Bert when he stated, “Nobody will judge you here tonight”. Which let out a giant roar from the fans.If you’re a fan of music and supporting a great cause be sure to check out the Take Action tour when it comes to your town!
