Buffalo Chicken Dip by Jocelyn and Chris ArndtThis recipe is my absolute favorite dip ever. Hands down, end of story. Between school and touring it’s just beyond incredible to come home to Mom and Dad, and of course our dogs:) plus everything that reminds us of the holidays! My family makes this all the time, especially during Christmas time, because it’s fast, easy, and just really, really awesome. It’s also good for football parties, gatherings at Grandma’s, even a little pre-concert snack prior to one of our shows although our band eats it all – but you name it, if you’re looking for warm, melty, cheesy goodness, this is the dip for you. Add some Tabasco on top for an extra kick! That’ll clear out a stuffy winter nose.2 (10 oz.) cans of chunk chicken
2 (8 oz.) pkg of cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce
11/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Heat chicken and hot sauce in pan until hot. Add cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until blended. Mix in half of the cheddar. Put in slow cooker or oven-safe dish and cover with remaining cheese. Cook until hot.
