People Magazine Puts Kelsea Ballerini On Their ‘Ones To Watch’ List

The 2015 People Magazine Ones To Watch list has been released and among the list of incredible rising stars, one country cutie was recognized for her insane talents. Kelsea Ballerini, or “The Country Sweetheart” as the list calls her, attended the Ones To Watch party on Wednesday night along with the other honorees!

Kelsea aslo had the chance to sit down with Access Hollywood Live to talk about how she found out Taylor Swift was a fan!
