Paramore Heats Up Bonnaroo + Hayley Williams Gives Speech On Current World

Paramore performed to a full crowd at Bonnaroo on Friday. When arriving on stage the band took a few moments in just hearing the crowd roar with screaming and cheering for the band. Lead singer Hayley Williams apologized for never performing in their “backyard” and thanked the crowd for waiting.   Hayley donned colorful pride themed eye makeup and megaphone. Hayley took the time to address the current times mentioning suicide and chef Anthony Bourdain as seen in the video above.

Paramore was able to bring together their pop punk days with their current genre-defying album After Laughter. It was “Ignorance” and “Rose-Colored Boy” that had the entirety of the massive Manchester crowd singing (and screaming) along to.
