KLOVE Spotlight: Newsboys!

It’s here, voting for the second annual Klove Fan Awards are live! Let’s take a look at one of our pals who we’ve interviewed last October at Winter Jam West Coast. The legendary Newsboys are nominated in two of the categories and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Duncan, Michael, Jeff, and Jody have been all over the map touring with there 2013 Release ‘Restart’. Headlining both Winter Jam West and East coast, along with a role in the film, ‘God’s Not Dead’, it’s no surprise that the group earned multiple nominations.

The first nomination scored is Group or Duo of the year, up against Building 429, Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Tenth Avenue North, and SideWalk Prophets. The second nomination includes Best Live Show duking it out against Rend Collective, Switchfoot, and TobyMac. Hands down, Newboys put on an unforgettable live show. Just look up Duncan’s spinning drum solo. Michael Tait also knows how to give the crowd what they want, and takes time to connect with the fans.
