EXCLUSIVE | Kara Frazier Shares Uplifting Visual for New Release “Words”
Singer Kara Frazier explores the affects on what is said about people around us and how it affects us. With her song, “Words,” the singer-songwriter shares a song full of high energy, retro jazz sounds, and 80’s inspired vibes.
“Words is a reminder to myself and an encouragement to others that when we feel silenced, we can find the strength within us to say what we need to say. It’s specifically speaking to women and girls, as I think we’re often taught from a young age to keep our thoughts and feelings to ourselves from fear of being called “dramatic” or “overly emotional.” The truth is: it’s a powerful tool to be in touch with your emotions and communicate them out loud. The video celebrates body positivity and self-acceptance. Starring two of my dear friends, Cat Parks and Sydney St. George, the footage incorporates a message of female empowerment and women supporting other women.” explains Kara.
With a funky jazzlike sound that is both retro and energetic vibe that is enhanced by the fact that it was recorded live in studio, you can feel the emotion and power of “Words”.

“I’ll be releasing another single in April 2021 accompanied by a video. I’m currently in the process of creating a new record and have some really exciting video and photo shoots coming up soon for my 2021 releases.” explains Kara.
