Not to mention they announced FYF Records, which will be releasing a limited edition clear vinyl 7” from Junk on August 21st, with copies available on site at the festival as well. They note, “as a side project we have taken on putting out some 7” records of a few of our friends’ bands.  We have been excited by a lot of what is coming out of Los Angeles recently and want to have a medium to share some of our favorites with you.”

Featuring former members of Girls, Wires On Fire, and Slang Chickens, Junk has been playing around Southern California for the past year. Before their set at FYF Fest, Junk will play an FYF Records release show for their “Like A Cop” 7” on Friday, August 21st at Non Plus Ultra, and fans can hear the tracks here and watch the video here.
