Album Review: Stick To Your Guns – Disobedient

Stick to Your Guns new album

Stick to Your Guns is back at it again with their new album, “Disobedient”.  With the album dropping in a little over a week on February 10th, this is definitely something to check out if you are into hardcore music.

This album includes tracks featuring Scott Vogel of Terror, Toby Morris of H2O, Walter of Rotting Out, the members of Motionless in White and even John Feldmann, who produced the album.

Much like their other albums, the songs on “Disobedient” carry powerful messages. This is what Stick to Your Guns is all about. It is awesome to hear such incredible lyrics that relate to so many of their fans and people all over.

The opening track, “It Starts with Me”, definitely brings you in and gets your ready to listen to the rest of the album. You will get pumped to keep going with a strong guitar opening the song and gang vocals. Also, the powerful preaching in the song will pull you in.

Two songs that stood out to me while listening to me were “Nobody”, which was the first single from the album that dropped last October, and “I Chose No One”, which opens with a great quote from the movie, “The Great Dictator”.  The whole album comes together very nicely and I can only imagine that their live show that includes these songs would be nothing short of amazing.
